Agreement on the Confidentiality of Processing and Protection of Personal Data
This Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to all information that we (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") may collect about the User while using the website https://tableau.becloud.ai/eng. The basis for processing personal data includes: Articles 9, 126, 1017-1019 of the Civil Code of Kazakhstan (Chapter 55 - The Right to Protection from Unauthorized Use of Information); Article 28 of the Entrepreneurial Code of Kazakhstan.

1. Terms and Definitions

Personal Data – Information that the User provides about themselves when submitting a contact form and making a request or during the use of the website https://tableau.becloud.ai/eng, including the User's personal data.

Mandatory Information for providing services is marked accordingly. Other information is provided at the User's discretion:
Last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
Email address of the User;
Phone number of the User;
Name of the organization

Website – A set of texts, graphic elements, design, images, programming code, photo and video materials, and other intellectual property contained on the Internet under domain names.

Website Administration – The person who has administration rights for the Website.

User – Any person who has accessed the Website and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether they have submitted any forms.

Processing of Personal Data – Any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without such tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Automated Processing of Personal Data – Processing of personal data using computing technology.

Non-Automated Processing of Personal Data – Processing of personal data with direct human involvement, contained in a personal data information system or extracted from such a system.

Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data – Transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the user gives their consent to the Company for the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data, provided by users of the website https://tableau.becloud.ai/eng.

1. 2.2. By providing your personal data to the Company, you agree to the terms described in the Agreement. We guarantee the honest collection of data and its confidentiality in accordance with the current legislation of Kazakhstan. If you do not agree with these terms, the User should refrain from using the website https://tableau.becloud.ai/eng.

2.3. During processing, the following operations with personal data will be performed: collection, storage, clarification, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction.

2.4. The Company is obliged not to transfer the information obtained from the User to third parties. Providing personal data to third parties acting under a contract with the Company for the fulfillment of obligations to the User and only within the scope of this Agreement is not considered a violation.

2.5. Personal data is stored and processed until the completion of all necessary procedures or until the liquidation of the Company.

2.6. The Administration has the right to send informational, including promotional messages, to the User's email and mobile phone with their consent, expressed through actions that clearly identify the subscriber and allow the accurate determination of their willingness to receive the message.

2.7. Consent may be revoked by the User or their representative by sending a written statement to the Company via the email address specified on the Website.

2.8. The User has the right to refuse to receive promotional and other information without providing reasons by informing the Administration of their refusal via any phone number specified on the Website or by sending a corresponding statement to any email address listed on the Website.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. The User accepts the cookie policy used on the Website and consents to receiving information about their IP address and other details of their activity on the Website. This information is not used to identify the User.

3.2. The Company, in processing personal data, takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, in accordance with current legislation of Kazakhstan.

3.3. The Company may periodically update this Policy. The release date is the date indicated at the bottom of the Policy. If you continue to interact with the Company in any way, including (but not limited to) through the websites listed in this Policy, you agree to the version of the Policy in effect at that time.
